Average self-pay prices for visits, testing, and treatment, and how your insurance changes what you pay.
No facility fees
Many hospital-owned clinics add a fee just for using their building. We don't.
Personal care
We're an independent, physician-owned clinic, not part of a hospital system.
Treatment can save you money
Over time, it often costs less than store-bought medicine and missed work or school.
We can’t quote prices over the phone. We don’t know which services you need until your doctor sees you. On the day of your visit, we can check your insurance before you go in.

Before You Come In
Call your insurance before your visit
Turn your card over and call the Member Services number.
Have your member ID ready. They will ask for it.
Find your specialist copay. Many cards list it on the front.

Our average prices
The self-pay price is what you pay with no insurance, or before your deductible is met. Prices can vary by up to 20%.
You won’t get all of these at one visit. Most visits include just a few. Your doctor orders only what you need.

Billing
How billing works with insurance
Card on file
Every patient keeps a card on file. Copays are paid at the visit.
Insurance first
Nothing else is charged until your insurance pays its part.
You get an EOB
A report of what you owe. It is not a bill. Sent by email, on your portal, and by mail.
Email, then charge
We email you before we charge your card, a few weeks after the claim.
Prices are estimates and can vary by up to 20%. Your final cost depends on your plan and the services your doctor orders. With insurance, your cost is often less. Updated October 2026.
