About

Kirsten was born and raised in the DFW area. She attended Harding University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Kirsten practiced as a Registered Nurse at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas, with most of her experience in pediatric cardiology and pediatric surgical services. After working as an RN for several years, she decided to pursue higher education. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Arlington, specializing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Kirsten enjoys spending time with her husband, Dan, and Labrador Retriever, Bailey. She has several hobbies, including reading, knitting, and baking.
